I don't know about you but it's the best invention to. For even lighter chaffles, you can add a teaspoon of coconut flour or a tablespoon of almond flour to the egg mixture. This recipe is very similar to the basic chaffle but with the addition of the crushed pork rinds. I was worried that it would change the flavor but it really didn't. The batter is thicker than the basic chaffle but it poured and spread nicely on the mini waffle maker.
